Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on the item you require.
You will then see a selection of items in that section. From the drop down boxes under the product select the options you require eg. how many colours you require.
The select the "add to cart button" which will take you to the confirmation page. Enter the quanty you require and the click on "continue".
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button at the top right of our site, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, royal mail or over the Internet.
Please note: If we are updating this website at the same time an order is placed, it may not calculate the prices correctly.
If any prices are incorrect we will email you with the correct price to see if you would still like to continue with your order. And correct the errors within 48hrs. |

ArtworkIf item is printed please send us your artwork via post, email or fax. We will then set the artwork for you and reply with a visual for you to approve.
We accept most forms of artwork. Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Abobe Photoshop, PDF, EPS. Please can you make sure all text is converted to curves/outlines.
PLEASE NOTE any artwork that is sent in via post will NOT be returned unless agreed when placing order and you have written confirmation from ourselves. |
| We use Parcel Force to dispatch goods. The cost of carriage is calculated on check out as the carriage charge is depenant on weight and location. |

Delivery ScheduleAs Each item is different, we estimade the time of delivery next to each item.
Un-printed items are normally delivered within a week to UK address.
Printed items are normally delivered within 3 weeks to a UK address from approval of artwork.
Please note we will do everything possible to meet deadlines however can not be held responsable for delays beyond our control. For example machine failure or parcelforce.
International orders are generally received in under 21 days. |
Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and E-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |

Credit Card SecurityWe know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Un-printed Items can be returned with in 2 weeks for a full refund.
However as we can not resell items printed with your detail, we will only refund printed items if artwork is different form the approval sheet. |
